How do I join The Club of Small Luxury Hotels of the World?

You can join The Club on a complimentary basis, and there are no subscription fees. Follow this link and fill in the simple registration form. Once you have successfully done so, you will instantly receive an email confirming your membership number and password. Your unique membership card will be sent to your preferred postal address within 28 days.

How do I log in?

Enter you membership number and password in the login field on The Club homepage. Click 'remember me' if you wish to be automatically logged in every time you visit the site. Once you have finished using The Club, do not log out. Simply close your browser window. Do not click this box if you are using a share computer.

I have forgotten my password!

Click the forgotten password link in the menu listing and enter your membership number into the appropriate box. Once you submit this information, a new password will automatically be sent to you by email.

Can I receive The Club benefits even though I did not book through www.clubslh.com?

The Club is a luxury service that will enable you to enjoy a completely personalised experience at over 500 hotels worldwide. To ensure that this is successfully delivered, once a Club booking has been made, an automatic email is sent to the hotel notifying them of your impending arrival. They will be provided with your membership number so that they can access your guest profile and find out your particular preferences. If you have booked through an alternative reservation channel, unfortunately, we are unable to effectively inform the hotels of your Club status. Therefore, Club benefits will only be delivered if a booking is made through www.clubslh.com. Equally, the 'my stay history' section of your profile will only be populated when you book through the afore-mentioned website.

Can I modify or cancel an existing reservation?

Yes! Go to the 'My Stay History' section in the menu listing and select your reservation. You will then be presented with options to either cancel or modify the reservation. Should you decide to cancel an existing reservation, once you have successfully done so, you will be sent a confirmation number by email. In modifying a reservation, you are required to follow a few simple instructions.

You will be able to search for a hotel by name or destination, and view detailed descriptions of the guest rooms, restaurants and leisure facilities. A variety of photographs provide strong images of our beautiful hotels.
