Albert was amazing - he emailed a list of restaurants before we arrived and then spent time with guests individually suggesting restaurants and things to do with a map. He was constantly offering tips and recommendations. The location was fantastic and so easy to get to different areas. There’s also a small lap pool and outdoor seating area where you can enjoy the daily wine/cheese reception, also gratis. It’s in the middle of the action (the nightly “live” entertainment across the street can be an issue for light sleepers, so be warned or ask for a room in the rear) and convenient for walking to many sights in Georgetown. But what really “made” the stay is how EVERY member of the staff seems engaged and anxious for guests to make the most of their time in this “Pearl of the Orient.” (Yah, Penang isn’t the only one to claim that moniker, lol)

We were greeted with a big welcome. Staffs were welcoming and extremely polite. Great location and close to tourist sites. Their dining area was a treat. the staffs were approachable and helpful.. Ivan took the initiative to address the hotel guests by their surname and make us feel at home... the lounge was our fav place to hang out whenever we were back to hotel.. my mum and sis love the place so much!
