Commission Enquiries

We understand how important each and every commission payment is.

In the event of a delayed payment, we offer a dedicated commissions department to assist you in collecting outstanding payments from our member hotels.

In order to assist you, the reservation must have been made through one of the SLH channels: GDS, SLH VIP Desk or Travel Agent website. For bookings via, you must be logged in so that your IATA/TIDS/SLH ID is captured. Kindly note that bookings made via will only qualify for commission payment, if you enter this number.

Through the use of Onyx ( and direct contact with the hotel, we will find out when and how the commission will be paid by the hotel. SLH does not pay commissions. Our member hotels pay the travel agent directly.

Whilst the majority of SLH hotels utilize Onyx we may, on occasions, need additional information such as your bank details for a wire transfer or a credit card number that the commission can be credited to, as commissions can be paid in a variety of ways by our independent hotels.

We will do our utmost to aid you in collecting your commission from the hotel you booked.
