Things to do
SKI
Lying in the Alpine region of northern Italy, La Salle enjoys some of Europe’s best and most popular ski country. There’s also the nearby Courmayeur ski resort, with its charming old village, boutique shops and excellent skiing opportunities. Wake up in a luxury hotel before taking to the piste each morning.
WINE
The winters may be dominated by the ski season but in the summer it’s La Salle’s wines that really excite. Grown on the lower slopes, in the shadow of the towering Alps, the Prié blanc vines thrive in the mountain air. Enjoy fine dining al fresco sipping a delicious chilled glass of Valée d’Aoste Blanc de Morgex – the local speciality.
NATURE
La Salle is nestled in the Aosta Valley, Italy’s smallest region that lies between France and Switzerland. This is home to the country’s oldest national park – the Gran Paradiso. In this pristine natural environment you can spot mighty ibex and imperial eagles, as well as chamois and marmots.
