Beautiful hotel and central location. Doormen are really helpful and everybody is very friendly / hardworking. The hotel was fully booked when we visited and the staff appeared somewhat streched, but the stay was still a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed having a hotel close to everything but just away enough from the tourist attractions by the river. In my opinion it's the perfect location. I am a picky traveler and room was impeccable and the front desk staff was so nice, helpful and accommodating.

Missed the pool because of the rainy weather but enjoyed lunch in a great restaurant recommended by Mr. Duarte Pinho. Ask for a room overlooking the inner courtyard for a totally quiet room experience.

In a very good central location, this property has been tastefully renovated, keeping the beautiful lobby area and adding a sundeck with a small pool. We had a very comfortable and quiet room overlooking the patio area, with one of the best lighting ever experienced in a hotel room. Great service at Read more[SPLIT]Read lessReception and Bell Stand. They really go to the ultimate detail when asked to research places corresponding to your interest in Porto. Very good transfer service from the airport.
