Integrations Executive


The Opportunity

Small Luxury Hotels of the World™ (SLH) is seeking a motivated individual to help create and maintain information for its portfolio of hotels. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the speedy integration of new SLH properties into both the hotel portfolio and our marketing partnership including World of Hyatt™. The successful individual will need to be highly organised with great attention to detail.


Overview of the Position

The Integrations Executive is responsible for supporting the team effort to connect new hotels to the company’s content system, reservation channel and partnership programmes as efficiently and accurately as possible. The faster hotels can be connected, the faster reservations can be made.


Key Responsibilities

  • Creating brand guideline-based room descriptions for our new joining hotels.
  • Build hotel templates in our Central Reservation system (SynXis).
  • Assist with the production and filing of new hotel contracts.
  • Maintain our database for our hotels to connect to our image distributor, Leonardo.
  • Unfulfilled destination research - researching destinations that are not currently featured by SLH, based on places we know from Google Analytics that people are searching for on
  • Assisting with assessment of properties for our Considerate Collection of actively sustainable luxury hotels.
  • Preparation and maintenance of the hotel participation agreements for our marketing partnerships which includes World of Hyatt™.
  • Running a daily reservation report to reconcile SLH and Hyatt files to ensure all reservations have been delivered and integrated into our Central Reservation system.
  • Support the Partnerships Project Team with ongoing integration projects, hotel launches, joiners and leavers.
  • Report content discrepancies within the SLH Central Reservation system to Revenue Account Managers and relevant Distribution Manager.
  • Monitoring the Partnerships inboxes as well as actioning the requests.

Desired Skills and Experiences

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Outlook and Word.
  • Hotel Central Reservation system experience, preferably SynXis and or Hyatt Reserve.
  • Must be a team player with strong ability to self-manage
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Preferably some knowledge of hotel or travel industry distribution
  • Preferably some knowledge of CMS systems
  • Strong empathy with luxury brand marketing
