Absolute Perfection!

Everything about our stay was magnificent. The room was fabulous with stunning views and extremely comfortable. You are made to feel welcome from the moment you step out of your car upon arrival. A charming and unique experience

We were in Ireland for only six nights celebrating our 29th anniversary. We had the pleasure of staying at Glenlo for one night. The room was spacious, inviting and had a wonderful view of the pullman car with the golf course in the background. We dined at the Bistro the evening of check in and loved Read more[SPLIT]Read lessit. It was cozy and romantic. Before we checked out, we spent amost two hours with Jason learning about Falconry. This was probably our favorite morning in Ireland. We would stay again.

Spectacular

Gorgeous historic hotel with spectaculars views. Nice onsite restaurants. Great location for scenic drives and touring castles, Galway. Comfortable spacious rooms with very nice beds and linens. The staff was very nice and helpful. Loved staying here. Highly recommend.

Served Meals: Dinner Originally the kitchen in bygone days- it has been restored with warmth and character. It was part of the original house which is still the central core of the entire complex and dates back to 1740. The ambience of the Oak Cellar Bistro is an ideal spot for some lively conversation- meeting friends - relaxing - enjoying a fresh local cuisine. The cosy and rustic interiors exude warmth from the features. An ideal hideaway- situated close to the original parlour of the house .Open seasonally.

Pullman Restaurant

Served Meals: Dinner Ireland most unique dining experience. Step back in time and dine aboard the Pullman Restaurant. Comprising of two original carriages from the Orient Express- beautifully restored and set on the grounds of the hotel. Enjoy the luxury and splendour of dining in true style and sit by the window seat and take in the spectacular views overlooking Glenlo Abbey Estate and Lough Corrib. A 2 AA rosette award-winning restaurant- the Pullman Restaurant is certainly a dining experience like no other.

River Room

Served Meals: Breakfast The River Room Restaurant which overlooks Lough Corrib- the golf course and the Pullman carriages is where our guests can enjoy a la carte breakfast or a delightful Afternoon Team.
