Introduction
We are searching for a Hilton Partnership Compliance and Administration Executive for our London office and shall report directly to the SVP Hotel Services.
The ideal candidate will provide crucial support for all compliance and administration duties related to the SLH & Hilton partnership.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend regular meetings between SLH and Hilton Team and action meeting minutes.
• Manage and prepare the hotel partnership agreements via DocuSign.
• Check all incoming participation agreements to ensure accuracy, file and log in Salesforce.
• Maintain Salesforce and keep dashboards up to date at all times.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the leadership team.
• Send all participation agreements monthly to the Hilton team via the SLH support form.
• Work with the Hotel Services team to co-ordinate the preparation of the data required for launch and delivery to Hilton Team.
• Manage the new hotel launch process, approval and reimbursement letters each month ready for go live day.
• Ensure each participating hotel returns and accurately completes all necessary forms related to the partnership.
• Manage all administration tasks pertaining to participation agreement amendments and raise SLH support form for legal review.
• Co-ordinate the participation agreement termination process and action all necessary administration tasks.
• Regularly monitor and analyse revenue production.
• Overall carry out general administration related to the Hilton Partnership.
• Ensure all process documentation is up to date.
Knowledge & Behaviour
• Preferably qualified with a bachelor's degree and with at least 3 years' experience in the hotel industry (preferably within the luxury sector or core brands like Hilton Marriott etc...)
• Good understanding of basic business and contract law.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• Must be a team player with a strong ability to self-manage.
• Excellent time and workload management skills; ability to prioritize.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
• Must be able to problem solve and trouble shoot.
• Great customer service skills to work with hoteliers worldwide.
