The staff was a font of good recommendations for restaurants. Also, during our second stay there, e discovered a small leak in our bathroom. They apologized and moved us to a large suite, which was much appreciated!

Nice hotel, room well appointed, everything you need is there, functional. The bathroom had plenty of room. I particularly loved the Clarins bath amenities, they smell sooooo good! Breakfast is not big, but you find most of what you need, nicely presented; just an issue with the different kinds of milks, Read more[SPLIT]Read lessnot correctly labelled (I ended up having some kind of almond or whatever other "milk", which was undrinkable to me, instead of the regular cow milk). I benefited from the offer "enjoy a city break and get upgraded to the inspired level for one year", already including the inspired benefits for this stay; the upgrade was given at the time of check-in (I mentionned the offer on my reservation comments), but the breakfast was added to my bill; in order to get that fixed, -as the staff didn't seem to know about the promotion-, I need to retrieve the relative email to show what it was about. They corrected it right away. I would recommand this place as it is nice and conveniently located.

East West is in a good location, a couple of minutes walk from the lake. The rooms are well equipped and the bathrooms are modern. A lovely weekend in this small, personal hotel. We were upgraded to a wonderful suite. Staff all extremely friendly and professional. Hotel is clean and nothing too much trouble.
