Ai Reali is located right next to Rialto, a very central area. Venice is super walkable and Ai Reali is a great option to get anywhere. The staff is very welcoming and the breakfast is great!

Everything about this hotel, from the welcoming foyer to the lush velvet in the rooms, from the superb staff to the great experiences they deliver (front desk, restaurant and bar), from the simply great location in central Venice to the localizayion directly next to a smaller canal, screams luxury and Read more[SPLIT]Read lessan authentic stay in one of the world's most beautiful cities. We frequently used their local expertise in finding great places to visit, restaurants to dine at and other, more mundane things. One thing to note, however; depending the water levels in the canal it might bring with it an... unappetizing odor that covers the 3rd floor at least. This is something to expect when your hotel is so close to the canals they have their own taxi dock, but it might be worthwhile to know about for those who struggles with such odors. Important to know is that this odor does NOT extend within into the rooms unless you have view of the canal and open windows.

This Venetian palazzo, renovated into a charming boutique hotel less than 10 years ago, is conveniently located 5 minutes by foot from the Rialto Bridge and 10 to the Piazza San Marco along a typical canal, on a piazzetta with a church and a small bridge. The Reception, an elegant small lobby, the bar, an intimate salon and the restaurant are located on the ground floor. We were pleasantly received, although the good old days when you were greeted as SLH members seem to be gone, and given a spectacular angle room on the first floor with four large windows (our only suggestion would be to add two armchairs so you can watch the mural tv not only from your bed, as currently; plenty of space to improve that...). We had dinner in the Allle Corone restaurant on the ground floor and it was excellent (WiFi connection should be improved in the restaurant ). We enjoyed our stay.
