Recognised as a SLH member received welcome back chocolates and a personlised note. Given an up-grade from a room to a suite with it's own jacuzzi which is to die for. Great service from the staff with excellent food in the restaurant. The new extention to the spa with the extra pool with the fabulous Read more[SPLIT]Read lessjets and wonderfull temperature was also a bonus. We would recomend a visit to this well run establishment.

We loved our upgraded room with its own sitting area, garden view and individual Jacuzzi. Easy check in pleasant staff good food and great service. The food choice was excellent and whilst the restaiurant was quiet due the time of year the staff were attentive and we had a geat time. I recently chose this hotel for a getaway and was very happy about the stay. The hotel has a large, beautifully maintained garden. You can easily tell the owner's diverse interests from the unique style of the hotel, adding a personal touch to the stay. The room I stayed in was very spacious, had a SMEG Read more[SPLIT]Read lesskettle, a SMEG coffee machine, and a Dyson hair dryer. The highlight was the breakfast. The dining room is very pretty, the service was superb and the food is great.

We stayed at the hotel as we were attending a Chaîne des Rôtisseurs lunch. The main reception staff (Ania and Tom) were brilliant and sorted out everything for us, and nothing was too much trouble for them - they were outstanding. However, there is room for improvement as far as the restaurant waiting Read more[SPLIT]Read lessstaff service. We asked to reserve a specific table for dinner on the terrace and were told that everything had been organised and approved, however, when we arrived at the allotted time the table had been given to someone else - disappointing. On two occasions we asked the waiting staff for water at the table, the first time it didn't turn up, but because we were on a tight schedule we didn't bother asking again. On the second occasion we had to ask again. Waiting staff need to be more attentive and remember what has been requested. Overall the restaurant service was mediocre at best. Overall, our stay was superb, only slightly tainted by the waiting staff, but we will return very soon

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Homewood and will definitely visit again. We were visiting Bath for pleasure. The hotel is situated a short drive outside Bath with beautiful countryside views. We were given an upgrade to a larger suite, very comfortable and well thought out design. There were fabulous Read more[SPLIT]Read lessdesign elements throughout the hotel, we particularly liked the lounge areas. The staff were friendly and efficient. We only ate dinner in the hotel on one evening and were very impressed with the food, the dishes were well executed and the produce was very fresh. A traditional country house hotel with 21st century comfort - a delightful stay.
