The overwhelmingly beautiful lobby greeted out every coming and going. Our street-view room was completely quiet even in a noisey street. The staff was always cheerful and helpful. Our room was delightful.

We enjoyed having a hotel close to everything but just away enough from the tourist attractions by the river. In my opinion it's the perfect location. I am a picky traveler and room was impeccable and the front desk staff was so nice, helpful and accommodating.

The hotel public areas are beautiful. The basic rooms are a bit small, but nicely furnished and with luxurious amenities. The staff, from front desk, doorman, breakfast staff to housekeeping were all very friendly and efficient. The hotel is a block from the main city square within walking distance to Read more[SPLIT]Read lessjust about everything in town. My only issue was my room was not ready when promised and it took quite a while to determine if it was or wasn't ready. I didn't see any of the SLH perks offered to me.

In a very good central location, this property has been tastefully renovated, keeping the beautiful lobby area and adding a sundeck with a small pool. We had a very comfortable and quiet room overlooking the patio area, with one of the best lighting ever experienced in a hotel room.
