Delightful hotel in the middle of everything

On arrival from a very long flight we were greeted with smiles and an upgraded room for our stay.  Service is everything to the staff who run the Franklin and are clearly very proud of the hotel.  Check in is easy, breakfast with garden views is delicious and the tiny bar delightful.
