Environmentally Conscious

Established from the outset with landscape protection and energy efficiency at the fore, this ClimaHotel certified, Green Globe resort uses renewable energy sources with high production systems and cutting-edge technology, including a biomass plant, cogeneration plant, and free cooling system. The 100% carbon neutral property offsets its direct CO2 emissions and those of travelling guests through the purchase of CERs credits, whilst the all-natural bio-architecture materials are inspired by local mountain buildings of the UNESCO protected Dolomites.

Cultural Custodians

Lefay pays tribute to its surrounding natural beauty through its Dolomites-inspired interiors, mostly sourcing materials from the local area including Italian woods and native stones such as tonalite. Grual Restaurant takes its name from the resort’s mountain backdrop, with a menu dedicated to organic suppliers from Trentino-Alto Adige. Guests are immersed in the cultural heritage of Pinzolo, with recommended walks to the traditional churches of S.Stefano and S.Vigilio, known for their ancient frescos by Simone II Baschenis, a local painter from the 16th century.

Community Minded

Lefay Resorts has a close relationship with the surrounding cities, recruiting 60% of their staff from the local communities through various career events and educational presentations. Lefay also handpicks its food suppliers ensuring they adhere to strict environmental standards with 60% of ingredients sourced directly from the local provinces. The resort offers a wide selection of activities organised by the tourism board, such as guided walks, e-bike trails, horse riding, local product tasting, and visits to museums, whilst commissioning local artists for resort projects.

Covid-19 Measures

Sanitisation of all areas is carried out through an innovative process using the automatic emission of active substances with a broad-spectrum effect on viruses and bacteria. In the Resorts hand sanitisers, masks and disposable gloves will be always at your disposal.

At arrival, our Staff will measure your temperature using a thermal scanner.
To reduce the interaction with the Front Desk Staff, online check and all services will be available, by phone or tablet.
The tables will be laid out to guarantee wide personal space. Menus will be downloadable on your mobile through a QR Code. In addition, room service menus have been expanded to allow you to enjoy your meal in the privacy of your Suite. Restaurants and Bars will be closing at midnight..
Access is limited in SPA areas (Pools, Saunas, Relax and Fitness Areas) monitored by our Staff. All gym equipment is sanitised after use and reservations for courses is recommended. All therapists wear personal protective equipment and treatment rooms are fully sanitised.
All Staff regularly undertake serum and immunological tests, their temperature is checked daily and the use of personal protective equipment is mandatory. Each member participated to specific training sessions related to the new health measures.
