TRAINING AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
All the collaborators will be properly trained in:
Redistribution and adaptation of space,
entrance control for Guest, Visitors and Employees,
cleaning actions and suite sanitization.

ENTRANCE CONTROL GUEST AND EMPLOYEES
To access, clean your shoe soles on the disinfectant mat.
Hand washing and antibacterial gel.
Safe distance of 1.5m.
The use of face masks is mandatory in all the areas.
Temperature with an infra-red thermometer.

SUITE SANITIZATION
One room attendant cleans and disinfects.
A second room attendant performs the assembly and completion.
All the sanitization cleaning products are certified by companies in USA. After the guest´s check out, the suite is blocked for of 24hrs.

LINEN CHANGE in each one of the occupied suites will be performed daily or at the request of the guest.
Cleaning and disinfection of the suite: Equipment, furniture, accessories and every space in the room.
In every room, Stara Hamburgo provides a Sanity Kit per person which contains: face mask, pair of gloves, Antibacterial gel.
