If you want to kick things up a notch, conditions are usually perfect for kitesurfing, scuba diving, and dolphin spotting. And Zanzibar’s atmospheric capital Stone Town offers spice markets and labyrinthine alleys with carved doorways. Just don’t forget your camera.

The staff is very mnice and friendly and the resident manager, Elisabeth, was very kind and helpful. This small hotel of 15 bedrooms was perfect after a safari. It ´s a very quiet and restful place.
