Had to use an SLH gift voucher given to us by our son last Christmas and, having visited previously and been impressed, decided to book again ....... good choice. Welcome excellent and made even better when we were told we had a room upgrade ....... Junior Suite with hot tub. Dining room given a great Read more[SPLIT]Read lessupgrade since previous visit and now so much more comfortable surroundings with excellent views outside. Staff were very attentive and extremely efficient, menu comprehensive and excellent quality. Location was ideal for us, as it allowed access to Bath and Salisbury for a bit of retail therapy. Would recommend, especially now they have some winter warmer offers available which makes it even more appealing. All staff were helpful and friendly, great place for friends and family gatherings.

From the moment I Arrived I had exceptional Friendly service. The lady at reception was welcoming and even offered help with luggage. The hotel surprised me for my birthday and I can't thank them enough, so appreciated. My room was luxurious, spacious, had more than everything I needed. I headed Read more[SPLIT]Read lessto the pool for an evening swim and relax in the indoor hot tub/Sauna. Room Service was outstanding, fast and good quality tasty food. Breakfast was delicious and wonderful relaxing view with good service. The outdoor hot tub was like warm but surrounded by beautiful countryside. I loved the outdoor pool, warm enough to enough a swim in January. Thank you to all the staff, I've stayed a lot of places and this one is most special! I would defiantly book again. 6 stars to you! There are Wellies provided to go for a walk too.
