- Sanitization of all room surfaces and textiles at each guest change. Sanitation is also done to filters in the air-conditioning systems, tables and chairs after each use, as well the sanitation and periodic ventilation of the premises.
- Pre check in before the arrival in hotel. All Tables and chairs at the adequate distances, with service planned in two shifts and menus available on the app.
- “Rules of conduct“ signs available for our guests and useful phone numbers and information about protocols at the reception desk. Staff has been trained and provided detailed Manual of Procedures, which are specific for every department.
- COVID Manager supervising the procedures. Daily temperature measurement for staff members and use of specific anti Covid 19 PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Hand sanitizing stations for guests and staff, Ad Hoc Protocol realized by Vireo, and Surprise /anonymous auditing is taking place.
- Expanded schedules and spaces between the tables. Also, instead of self-service our guests will be served at their table.
