Due to the recent historic high water in Venice, we still had some minor flooding each morning at high tide in the hotel lobby. The staff carried on as if it was business as usual. They just dealt with it with an eye toward the comfort of the guests. Well done!

We have just returned from a long weekend in Venice and chose this hotel via the Small Luxury Hotels website. Firstly the location is perfect, very central and within easy reach of all the main things to see and do plus walking distance to some excellent tucked away gems off the beaten track. Service, Read more[SPLIT]Read lessthis was simply impeccable, absolutely charming staff all very genuine and a great credit to the hotel. The rooms are superbly furnished, spotlessly clean and decorated in keeping with the quality and charm of the rest of the hotel. The main reception rooms have amazing fresco ceilings and marble floors. Fabulous rooftop bar and canal side area perfect for a coffee and to watch the world go by.
