From the moment we arrived we felt special. We were staying at the hotel as were getting married in Sorrento. Serena showed us around and very kindly let us use a suite for the morning of the wedding so it was big enough for the wedding party to all get ready together in. Giuseppe the concierge helped us book restaurants, sort out ferry tickets to Capri , arranged for my wedding dress to be picked up and steamed and made our stay extra special and took away any worries we had. We used the bus service into town most days and both the drivers were lovely, they even kindly took our bridesmaides down the road to the venue for us. Gennaro who works in the bar was super friendly and enjoyed a chat with us whenever he saw us. We really did have the best stay and will definitely be returning.

In the middle is the large pool and its friendly restaurant for lunch under the trees; next is the tennis court. Further down, when you arrive at the cliff, you discover the evening outdoor bar and dining place (due to open in a couple of days), and the sea deck with access to the bay waters. Then, we enjoyed the warm and professional hospitality offered by the hotel and its staff, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. We extensively used the services of the Concierge, Giuseppe, the restaurants and the pool; all are great ! Congratulations to the General Manager, always present and available, for such a team !
