We have stayed in several SLH hotels, and this was our best experience thus far. Every detail was attended to, from remembering our name at the front desk and at breakfast, to Covid precautions. The room was great. The internet was great. The location was great. The breakfast was vast and plentiful. If other hotels could do only half as well as the Grand Hotel Yerevan, traveling would be a much more pleasurable experience.

The staff were so pleasant. I got the best SLH upgraded room with a great view. I went to the spa and the woman booked a massage, readied the hamam, and brought me tea. Breakfast was peaceful and the coffee was excellent. There is a pool on the roof. They arranged my airport transfer and a human gave me a wakeup call. No complaints at all!
