Served Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner The three Toques Chef James Baron has created the Alpine Creative Kitchen and focuses on using local delicacies and certified organic products- mixing modern and traditional techniques to create innovative and exciting menus. A typical evening dinner will consist of a nine-course tasting menu within the panoramic restaurant but could just as easily be served in the privacy of your own suite- of which there are just seven.
