We were relaxed from the moment we entered. The hotel concierge and staff were both knowledgeable and attentive and helped us to get the most out of our stay. The hotel itself is set in beautiful surrounds with a fantastic selection of spas and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the hay sauna, with Read more[SPLIT]Read lesssushi to follow. For when we ventured out, the hotel is conveniently positioned in close proximity to all Gstaad has to offer. We will definitely be back.

The staff couldn't do enough for the guests. The valet was so informative on places to go, hikes, restaurants etc.. The spa was terrific, as was the accommodations. Our favorite meal was at the Swiss style restaurant in front of the hotel. The rotisserie chicken was delicious.

Great room with a view over the small park. Hotel location in the middle of the town allows easy access to train and postal bus stations for excursions. We booked half board. The menu selection for half board guests consist of one set meal with cold and warm starters, a main and a sweet dish. You can Read more[SPLIT]Read lesschoose 3 out of the 4 proposed dishes. As a vegetarian I was not able to go with the suggested dishes but the very friendly and competent staff gave me plenty of alternatives to choose from. The quality and taste of the food is outstanding. Breakfast offers a wide choice of food buffet style but an even wider selection of food to order fresh from the kitchen. Again, quality and taste was amazing. There is a 15 m indoor swimming pool with a 4 person jacuzzi and a large spa area with various steam, shower as well as treatment rooms. The staff was great, very friendly, smiling, open to enter a conversation. We felt at home in the hotel as couple but the hotel is also great for families.
