The staff couldn't do enough for the guests. The valet was so informative on places to go, hikes, restaurants etc.. The spa was terrific, as was the accommodations. Our favorite meal was at the Swiss style restaurant in front of the hotel. The rotisserie chicken was delicious.

Great room with a view over the small park. Hotel location in the middle of the town allows easy access to train and postal bus stations for excursions. We booked half board. As a vegetarian I was not able to go with the suggested dishes but the very friendly and competent staff gave me plenty of alternatives to choose from. The quality and taste of the food is outstanding. Breakfast offers a wide choice of food buffet style but an even wider selection of food to order fresh from the kitchen. Again, quality and taste was amazing. There is a 15 m indoor swimming pool with a 4 person jacuzzi and a large spa area with various steam, shower as well as treatment rooms. The staff was great, very friendly, smiling, open to enter a conversation. We felt at home in the hotel as couple but the hotel is also great for families.
