A beautiful hotel in a stunning location

The location is wonderful and the views are truly stunning. Our room was lovely although could have done with more storage/table space, we had a lot of luggage as we were on a longer trip, and there was nowhere near enough space in the wardrobe, or tables in the room, to manage it all. We thoroughly Read more[SPLIT]Read lessenjoyed breakfast on our balcony each day - the breakfast room was too far for my partner to walk in the mornings as she has restricted mobility (I should have checked/notified about this). Service was relaxed but efficient. Wish we could have tried the spa - it looked lovely, especially the pool! But the outdoors pool area was delightful as a place to relax and unwind, and very well run. THe local village of Gordes is a delight, and there are many excellent places to eat there if one fancies a change from the (excellent) hotel restaurant. I hope we will be able to return before long, as there are so many places to explore and the hotel provides a perfect base for this... Thank you.

The Bistrot

Served Meals: Lunch, Dinner The Bistro welcomes you every day offering simplified service with quality fresh local products. The Bistro restaurant is open by reservation to the outside customers and to the hotel customers for all lunches from 12 pm to 1.30 pm. For dinners on Sundays and Mondays evening from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm

Pool Bistrot

Served Meals: Lunch, Dinner Open from June to September. The Pool Bistrot is located on the waterside at the Hotel Les Bories and Spa- offering lunch and dinner options. In the fresh air- facing the pool- this summer restaurant offers the opportunity to enjoy light lunches. Nicoise salad- Shellfish salad Caesar- the choice is large. For dessert- savour a delicious sweet treat facing the Luberon- tart of the day- ice-creams- or creme brulee with vanilla.

The Gourmet Restaurant

Served Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner With one Michelin star and a rating of 15-20 by Gault and Millau- the gourmet restaurant will delight the taste buds of all food lovers. The Hotel Les Bories and Spa offers a refined setting where you can savor each dish and spend an enjoyable moment with friends- colleagues or families. The Provence restaurant invites you to take advantage of its very beautiful shady terrace in the heart of the Luberon.

La Maison d’Ennea spa at Les Bories specialises in globally-inspired relaxation techniques.
