The land around Lon Retreat is ripe for exploring, with walks that take in ancient shell middens, WWII tank traps and native wildflower meadows. Heading south from the homestead takes you to Back Beach, best explored at low tide when you may find the willow-pattern remains of china washed ashore from shipwrecks, and inky rock pools are exposed for your examination. The Farm Loop offers pastoral scenes, while reaching the centre of the Labyrinth is a chance to stop, pause and absorb the stillness of nature.

Served Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Make the most of your Lon experience with selections from our seasonal in-suite dining menu. Ready to eat - heat or prepare in your suite at your own pace. Lons Honesty Bar and Pantry is also available to our guests throughout their stay stocked with small batch and unique local beverages. The menu is sent to our guests for selections one week prior to your stay. Including farm-sourced grazing - locally sourced homestyle meals - picnics and home-made celebration cakes.
