Exquisite breakfast is created from local and predominately organic ingredients made in house, followed by a la carte lunch offering modern presentation of traditional Istrian dishes like Istrian stew “maneštra”, homemade traditional pasta “pljukanci” and seasonal truffles in a warm and relaxing environment of our restaurant.

In the evening our creative team will demonstrate their excellent culinary skills.

A temple to tranquillity, stepping inside the spa at San Canzian feels a little like going back in time. The candlelit pool at its heart harks back to the spa baths of ancient Rome – as do the revitalising hot and cold foot baths, for hopping between. But the Finnish sauna is a calming, contemporary space. Reserve one of the treatment rooms and choose from a curated spa menu that celebrates this corner of Istria, now and then – from massages using cold-pressed olive oil from the hotel’s grove, to the signature ‘Scent of the Mediterranean’ that blends mint, grape seeds and soothing shea butter.
