Paradise found on Formentera

Inside, minimalist design and maximum comfort define the rooms and suites. Set across three buildings – Mar, Tierra and Cielo – each promises ocean, forest or sweeping views stretching all the way to La Mola’s peak. Each has its own identity, whether it’s walls crafted from sun-warmed Formentera stone or rooftop suites illuminated by starlight. It’s a spirit that carries through to the main restaurant, Teranka Garden. Or you could simply order lunch (and cocktails) to be served at your poolside cabana.
The ‘no news, no shoes’ ethos carries through to the beach, Playa Migjorn, with its icing-sugar sand and turquoise sea. Doing nothing is part of the attraction here. But those in search of wildlife should head for UNESCO-protected Ses Salines d’Eivissa Natural Park, where flamingos flock. Meanwhile, (mild) adrenaline seekers can enjoy a languid paddle board, kayak or even yacht journey to tucked-away coves and lagoons. And the island’s hiking routes skirt juniper forests, ‘pueblo’ fishing villages and whitewashed lighthouses.
Enjoy your stay!
