Under the expert direction of head chef Adam Simmonds the restaurant showcases the finest British-inspired cuisine using local and seasonal ingredients sourced from small and trusted suppliers. Groups of 8-24 are welcome in our Private Dining Rooms on the 1st floor of the hotel.

Served Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner An intimate space that exudes an aura of sophisticated comfort. The Capital Bar offers the finest selection of cocktails from champagne to vodka- cognac and whiskey. Whisky-Cheese and cocktails masterclasses are a popular choice. Delicious light meals are also available from 12.00noon until 11.00pm. A traditional Afternoon Tea is available from 2.30pm.
