The bathrooms are updated and very clean. The staff was very accommodating and always ready to help. The rooms were cleaned daily which we loved. The view is incredible. Excellent breakfast provided every morning.

Taormina can be very busy and loud with all the tourists. Villa Carlotta is close to the action but in a quiet surrounding. Small garden and pool but nice and calm. Very nice rooms with great views if you ask for a upper level room. Amazing staff at desk and dining room.

We love this hotel. Above others in Taormina, this seems to have it all. The view is amazing - and can be enjoyed during breakfast, lunch & dinner. The food is outstanding. Dinner - well that’s just fine dining from start to finish! The service is friendly and efficient. Reception, restaurant, maids - everyone is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and spotless with excellent bathrooms. This time we enjoyed a private terrace with stunning views and shade when we wanted it. The walk into town is uphill either way but our preferred route is a gradual incline which even I can do. (Some mobility issues) A diversion through the amazing and impressive park en route makes it a very enjoyable and pretty experience. The staff will help with booking tickets and making suggestions for restaurants. Overall, we recommend this hotel to anyone who stands still long enough. We simply wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.
