A magical stay near Etna Volcano

Villa Neri is a classy, quiet, and modern Sicilian villa. It's quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful pool, sorrounded by an amazing landscape. The staff is friendly and welcoming. And the food at the 12 Fontane was mindblowing.

It was a vewry good stay, the hotel grounds are beautiful, spa and pool are superb, and the view on the Etna is beautiful. The hotel is located in a fantastic area, close to many sights and towns rich in history and culture. A good place to start our holiday in Sicily

There's no doubt that the Villa Neri is a lovely place to stay with lovely grounds and views (including those of Etna). Our room was all we expected and breakfast was excellent. We used the dining room on two occasions - one on the night of our arrival when we should probably have been better off using Read more[SPLIT]Read lessroom service (which we weren't aware was available until afterwards) as we arrived quite late in the evening. Our third night, we booked dinner which we thoroughly enjoyed with excellent service but we might have struggled to dine in more than a couple of nights without having to repeat some of our menu choices.

Named after the 12 fountains dotted around the outdoor dining area, La Dodici Fontane offers a sensory journey through the flavours and cooking traditions of Sicily. The chefs chooses the island’s very best produce to craft creative reinterpretations of traditional dishes. In summer, dine outside, with the fragrance from the herb gardens and olive groves drifting on the air. In colder weather, there’s an elegant dining room with views towards Etna.

Breakfast Room Parco degli Ulivi

Served Meals: Breakfast Spacious room of 100 sq mt where a fresh buffet breakfast is served every morning from 0730 to 1030. The chef prepares delicious cakes and cookies by using local produce. Big windows allow the sun light to enter in and during summer it is also possible to have breakfast outside among a green garden with the Etna view.

Dodici Fontane

Served Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner The restaurant brings diners on a unique sensory journey among Sicily and its flavours. The stunning scenery of Mount Etna is the perfect backdrop to the scents of the ancient olive grove and the taste of the culinary masterpieces on offer. Open for a light lunch menu and a la Carte or tasting menu in the evening.

Spa

Petra Spa immerses you in the soothing natural power of the Sicilian landscape. Massage and beauty treatments incorporate natural, locally-sourced ingredients, from sea salt and extra-virgin olive oil to plant and citrus extracts. As well as a wide menu of therapies, there are saunas, Turkish baths and plunge pools – along with a relaxation room where you can unwind and enjoy a herbal tea.
