1. This offer is open to all UK Harrods American Express® Cardmembers (“Cardmembers”) aged 18 or over, between 10 October 2023 and 31 December 2025.
2. Cardmembers who:
a. Sign up to the Small Luxury Hotels of the World (“SLH”) SLH Club loyalty programme or;
b. Are existing Club 01 (Tier 1) members of the SLH Club loyalty programme, will be eligible for a complimentary upgrade to Club 02 (Tier 2) of the SLH Club loyalty programme (“Membership Upgrade”).
3. Cardmembers who are newly signing up to the SLH programme must sign up via https://slh.com/partners/harrods-Club02-upgrade and will be automatically enrolled into the Membership Upgrade, which will show on their SLH account.
4. Cardmembers who are existing Club 01 (Tier 1) SLH members must contact the SLH team on slhclub@slh.com to request their Membership Upgrade, which will show on their SLH account within 7 working days of the request.
5. The Membership Upgrade will be valid from the date of upgrade until the subsequent calendar year.
6. This offer excludes existing Club 02 (Tier 2) SLH Club loyalty members.
