"The One" Competition Prize Terms & Conditions

Congratulations, you are a 2026 winner of SLH's "The One" Campaign.

Voted by hoteliers, customers, travel advisors and inspectors.

Prize details

The prize is valid for one holiday booking only.

The prize is for two people sharing.

The maximum total prize value is £7,000. (Acommodation plus flights)

The airfare element of the prize is capped at £2,000. Flight costs will be reimbursed by SLH upon receipt of valid flight confirmations and payment receipts. Any airfare costs exceeding £2,000 will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

The prize must be redeemed against one complete itinerary booking only. The itinerary may include stays at multiple participating Small Luxury Hotels of the World™ properties, provided all stays form part of the same trip and are booked together by SLH.

What's Included

The prize includes:
Accommodation within the available prize value.
Flight reimbursement up to a maximum of £2,000.

What's Not Included

Unless specifically included within a hotel's booked rate:
Meals and beverages.
Spa treatments and activities.
Resort fees, city taxes or tourist taxes.
Airport transfers.
Laundry, minibar charges and other incidental expenses.
Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip.
All additional costs must be settled directly with each hotel.

Further T&Cs

The prize may only be used for new bookings and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing reservations.

Once an itinerary has been confirmed by SLH, no amendments or cancellations can be made. Any cancellation or requested amendment after confirmation will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prize is to be fulfilled across Small Luxury Hotels of the World hotels only with the exclusion of Casa Ellul, Malta.

Small Luxury Hotels of the World will make all hotel reservations on behalf of prize winner

The arrangement relates to standard double room accommodation only based on two people sharing.

It is always subject to availability.

The prize can only be used with new bookings and therefore cannot be used in conjunction with an existing booking at an SLH Hotel.

General online availability and hotel availability for claiming room night(s) may differ from SLH availability.

A minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice must be given.

The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of receipt.

All reservation requests must be made in writing only to the UK office for the attention of Jessica Sparkes jessica.sparkes@slh.com.

All food, beverages, taxes, and other incidental costs incurred by the guest are to be settled prior to departure from, and direct with, the individual hotel.

Once confirmed by SLH, no alterations or cancellations can be made. In case of alteration or cancellation, you will forfeit the prize.

Benefits associated with SLH’s loyalty programme, SLH Club, cannot be redeemed in conjunction with this offer.

No monetary value can be given in exchange for the prize.

The prize cannot be transferred. Any unused portion of the maximum prize value is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other benefit.

Small Luxury Hotels of the World has the right to update these terms and conditions.
